The pace of change and uncertainty has never been greater. And Corporate Boards have a responsibility to steward their companies for long term. But are Boards Really Long Term? 

  • How are different types of uncertantites and and disruptions handeld by boards? 
    How are disruptions as Covid and War, handled compared to AI and Sustainability? 
    Which practices helps boards stay long term?  
  • Boards Impact Forum is together with Digoshen, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and INSEAD doing a research project, and will share some insights on current findings and participating board members will share and discuss experiences and practices.

Survey on Boards Governance of Disruptions and Practices for Long Term Value Creation

The survey aims to explore boards preparedness, actions and contribution to corporate renewal. The survey is part of an academic research project involving Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, INSEAD, Digoshen and Boards Impact Forum, Nordic. The survey will take approximately 15 min, all data is held confidential. At the end of the survey get an opportunity to opt in to receive a summary report from the survey, and get a link to two articles on board practices for Corporate Renewal and Long Term Value Creation >> To the Survey
